1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order by contacting our support team.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Nature of Products

  • As we deal in food products (spices, masala, biryani masala, etc.), all items are considered non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • However, exceptions may apply in specific cases as mentioned below.

3. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a product that is:
    • Damaged,
    • Defective, or
    • Incorrect (wrong item delivered),
    you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To process your request, you must provide:
    • Clear photos or videos of the product
    • Order details
  • After verification, we may offer:
    • Replacement of the product, or
    • Refund to the original payment method

4. Quality-Related Concerns

  • If you believe the product quality is not satisfactory, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.
  • Our team will review the issue and take an appropriate decision.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is approved:
    • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
    • The amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or other agreed method.

6. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Request made after the allowed time period (48 hours)
  • Product has been used, opened, or tampered with
